Online IGCSE and IB Tutor for Maths and Science
Live one-to-one sessions for IGCSE, IB and A Level students in the UK, the UAE, Oman, Japan, China and beyond, with the same mentor and the same standards as in Mumbai.
Your first session is free: a real lesson, an assessment, and a short written plan for what to work on first.
International school families who want a mentor, not a marketplace tutor
Online tutoring is easy to find. A tutor who knows the Cambridge and IB papers inside out, works with one student at a time, and stays with them from Grade 9 to the final exam is much harder to find. That is what I offer online, to families in the UK, the UAE, Oman, Japan and China.
The format is exactly the same as in person: an assessment first, a plan built around the student's board and exam date, and regular one-to-one sessions where concepts come first and exam technique follows.
Online sessions work especially well for older, independent students, and for families who want consistency through a move abroad or a change of school.

Session times that work from where you are
Sessions run between 8 am and 10 pm India time (IST). Here's how that maps to the countries I currently teach in:
| Country | Difference from India | A 7 pm IST session is |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 5½ hours behind (4½ in British Summer Time) | 1:30 pm (2:30 pm in summer) |
| United Arab Emirates | 1½ hours behind | 5:30 pm |
| Oman | 1½ hours behind | 5:30 pm |
| China | 2½ hours ahead | 9:30 pm |
| Japan | 3½ hours ahead | 10:30 pm |
For families in China and Japan, morning or early-afternoon India time usually works best. For the UK, evening India time falls in the afternoon after school.

Does online tutoring work as well as in person?
For most students in Grades 9–12, yes. The format is the same: an assessment, a personalised plan and regular one-to-one sessions. What matters most is a consistent weekly slot and a student who comes ready to work.
Which countries do you teach in?
Currently the UK, the UAE, Oman, Japan and China, alongside in-person students in Mumbai. Families in other countries are welcome to get in touch.
What times are sessions available?
Between 8 am and 10 pm India time (IST). That covers after-school hours in the UK, the UAE and Oman, and daytime or early-evening hours in China and Japan.
Which boards and subjects are taught online?
Cambridge IGCSE Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Grades 9–10), IB Diploma Maths and Physics (SL and HL), and Cambridge A Level Maths and Physics (Grades 11–12).
How often are sessions?
Most students have one two-hour session a week. The plan is agreed after the first assessment.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. The first session is a real lesson that also works as an assessment, and afterwards you get a short written note on strengths, gaps and what to work on first. There is no obligation to continue.
What are the fees?
Fees depend on the grade, subjects and format, and are discussed after the free first session, once we both know what the student needs.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know if this is the right fit.
Start with a short message with the grade, board and subject. The first session is free: a real lesson, an assessment and a short written plan, with no obligation.
